Why I don’t use LLMs to edit my posts

contract - writer put time into this that they never get back, so if it’s that important to someone it;s wotrth investing my time to undertsand

problem - it’s possible to churn text out, similar, but at a much faster rate where the author spends no time on it

problem for us - when we use LLMs to edit it, readers don’t know the diff between something author has invested time in vs randomly generated text.

yes, content might be less polished, or even effective. but when a reader consumes your content, they trust you to speak from experience, which is more important to uphold than it being polished.
