This here is a humble rice batter packet. To make dosas, idlis, appams and so on.
Leave it in a warm place for a few hours and it fermets - bloats and bloats till it explodes.
Try leaving it in a car to paint the insides white. (Appam batter ferments quicker than dosa batter. For educational purposes, of course.)
